I’ve advised more than 300 UK SMEs through the Digital Link programme and mentored female founders through award-winning innovation programmes. My own lived experience — from caregiving and burnout to board-level leadership — informs the grounded, compassionate way I coach today.

The business side of the story...
I’m an ILM Level 5 qualified life coach and business coach with a background in business growth, leadership and sustainability. Before launching Damselfly Coaching, I co-founded and led a global e-commerce brand that achieved B Corp certification and pioneered a circular business model. I’ve secured over £250,000 in grant funding and supported 100+ UK SMEs as a business advisor.
I’ve worked in higher education, the creative industries and international trade — but the common thread through all of it has been this: I’m passionate about sustainable growth through leadership coaching and personal development.
The human side...
I built my business while raising a family. I’ve known the thrill of a win and the weight of burnout. I’ve navigated grief while leading a team. And like many of my clients, I’ve asked: What now? Who am I, beyond the role I’ve played?
These experiences shape how I coach. I offer a reflective, non-judgemental space where you can bring your whole self — ambition, uncertainty, creativity, contradiction. I won’t tell you what to do. But I will help you see more clearly, act more confidently, and grow more sustainably through life coaching, leadership coaching, and business coaching.
